The Outdoors is Awesome!
For my senior thesis, I channeled my passion for nature into a 32-page children's book titled The Awesome Outdoors. The book follows a spirited girl and her three wacky critters as they explore the fun and wonders of the great outdoors.
Creating this project was an exhilarating journey—it was my first time crafting an entire children's book from concept to print. I particularly enjoyed experimenting with various page layouts and immersing myself in the book design process.

THE SNEEZING DRAGON
(Dummy Book)
For my Junior year Children's Book Illustration Class, I created The Sneezing Dragon, a 32-page dummy book that marked my introduction to the world of children's bookmaking. I had a blast working on this project, especially experimenting with a vibrant color palette that brought the story to life.

PAPER JACKET COVER DESIGN
Teeth and Iron is a 6-page sequential story inspired by my love for fantasy novels and the epic narrative of Game of Thrones. It follows the brave knight O'Connell and the fierce dragon rider Kaleen as they battle an ominous horde of vampires.
I had a blast working on this project, especially experimenting with intricate line work and the striking contrast of blacks and whites, playing with both negative and positive space.
